Biography
Zachary D. Schultz joined the firm in May of 2013. Zachary received his Bachelor’s Degree from Ottawa University in May of 2010, majoring in Mathematics. Upon graduation from Ottawa University, Zachary attended Washburn University School of Law, where he graduated with Honors in December of 2012. Zachary is admitted to practice in all courts of the State of Kansas, as well as the United States District Court for the District of Kansas.
Zachary currently serves as a Co-President of the Finney County Bar Association, having been elected by his fellow lawyers of the Finney County Bar Association to serve as Co-President beginning in November of 2013. He also serves as a trustee of the Finney County Law Library, and serves on both the State Board of Director's of the Kansas Children’s Service League and the local policy council of the Kansas Children's Service League.
Zachary is engaged in the general practice of law, handling a wide variety of cases. Primarily, Zachary handles civil litigation, oil and gas law, banking law, domestic cases (divorce, paternity actions, etc.), and personal injury cases.
