Biography
Margaret M. Schultz joined the firm in September of 2016. Margaret received her Bachelor’s Degree in History from Avila University in December of 2013. After graduation, Margaret immediately began law school at Washburn University School of Law in Topeka, Kansas. Margaret received her Juris Doctor with Dean’s Honors in May of 2016. Margaret is admitted to practice law in the State of Kansas as well as the United States District Court for the District of Kansas.
Margaret's practice is focused on family law, including divorce, child custody, child support, adoption, and paternity matters. Margaret’s practice also includes child in need of care cases in which she represents the parents, the child's placement, or is the Guardian-Ad-Litem for the child.
